courses are good but access isn't. had to watch them on cell phone. two different browsers couldn't play videos. on cell phone link to "completion" or certification was sketchy as well. But I made it finally.

Things worked smoothly. First time user and will be returning next time I need to get CEU credits

I’ve watched three sessions that I wasn’t given credit for. The session ended and nothing happened until I finally had to end it to move on without the credit posting. Otherwise I think this series is fabulous.

incorrect information

Had difficulty getting it to certify all 4 classes for a total of 5 hrs of training. It only certified 3. Now if I try to certify the 4th class again it says I can't get the 33% discount because it wasn't for enough class hours.

The course is good, but I am very concerned about not getting certification credit for the course (and others I have taken today. I have watched a total of 4.5 hours worth, and and only one allowed me to purchase certification for 1.5 hours! I do have screenshots at the beginning and ends of the videos in question, so I am hoping you can fix the problem. Additionally, because of this problem, I am not able to bundle the videos for the discount. Please help!

Would like to have seen some on site practical applications in video rather than still format.
